REFUND AND CANCELLATION

Refund Policy

We have a two-day policy. Unfortunately, if two days have passed since you purchased our service, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange unless there is a legitimate reason for the cancellation or we haven't begun the work. In addition, any refunds that are granted are subject to cancellation fees that are equal to 60% of the payment amount received for services and 80% of the payment amount received for software, whichever is higher.

The lack of approval from the approving authority will not be taken into account as a reason for the non-performance of service. If you simply use our services, the decision to close your business will be entirely up to the Company , and if the government rejects your request, you won't receive a refund.

Despite what is stated in the preceding sentence, no refunds will be given in cases of software booking, GST registration, GST migration, and GST return filing payments where our executive learned that the RC has been cancelled, there has been an error in the application's processing as a result of Assesses mistakes in the past, or where the data for return filing is not available to us in the format that we have specified.

Additionally, we cannot in any way reimburse you for the money we have already paid on your behalf to other professionals or contractors, additional and proportional other charges.

In the event of special entities like Nidhi, Section 8, or Micro Finance, NBFC we are not responsible for either rejection or resubmission. If either occurs, care@mritsolution.com is not in a position to reimburse your money.

To finalise your refund, please send a message to care@mritsolution.com with your order id and a copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase.

Once your refund request has been entered and verified, you'll admit a dispatch admitting that your request has been entered. We'll also notify you of the blessing or denial of your refund.

Once approved, your refund will be reused and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment system within the specified number of days.

Still, please check your bank account again first, If you have not entered your refund yet. All refunds will be reused after abating any payment gateway freight we no way entered.

Then there is a need to contact your credit card company, it can take some time before you observe that your refund is legally posted. After that, contact bank. Generally, it takes some time before the refund is posted.

Exchange of service

If the original Order ID requests a swap of service, we only do so. The management team of care@mritsolution.com will have sole discretion over the service exchange. Send us an email at care@mritsolution.com if you need to exchange it for another service.

Cancellation

All money paid by the customer less any applicable payment gateway costs will be immediately and without any questions launched for refund in the event of any cancellation by the user within one day of the payment.

However, if the client waits more than two days to submit a cancellation request, the customer will be responsible for paying cancellation fees equal to 30% of the order total and, in the case of software, either 80% of the receipt amount.

No refund or cancellation request will be accepted for orders related to GST Enrollment/Registration, MCA Filings, Nidhi Softwares, or any finance software if it is submitted more than one day after the payment is made or if the provisional ID is cancelled and our executive learns about it after processing the paperwork.
